POLICIES: Cancellations

We have no cancellation policy.  Specifically, ALL RESERVATIONS MADE ARE FINAL.   Rebooking is NOT possible.

We have been in business for nearly 20 years and inform all potential guests of exactly what we are offering and what our packages do not include.  We are very specific in detail in establishing expectations and meeting those expectations when you arrive.  We don't have hidden fees and/or taxes to surprise you.  Everything is answered up front when asked.  Please be certain to ask all questions prior to making your final reservation.  We have out-lasted so many local establishments due to our honesty and integrity as business people.  Our promise to you, our guests, is when you arrive at your designated date, we will have your room ready and provide you with all the details in our packages as promised and your promise to us when making a reservation is that you understand that it is final and you will be arriving on that date at your quoted rate.

We are a great company and have great employees that try very hard to accommodate each couple.  It is our livelihood. However, we are not for every person that telephones us.  We are 100% (inside and outside) non-smoking, couples-only environment.  This alone establishes that we are not for everyone.  We clearly understand our target market and seek it out.  We don't deviate from our target market simply to fill up rooms for any given night and/or weekend.  50,000 couples for nearly twenty years have proven to us that we are doing something right.
