LODGING: Overview

We offer the most premiere accommodations in the Berkeley Springs area. The quality of our solid oak furniture, private, in-room bathrooms, private decks or balconies combined with 50+ cable channels, built-in VCR, in-room phone and beautiful art work all come together to create a comfortable and inviting environment for you and yours.

No other establishment in the area comes close to our cleanliness record. Our local Health Department holds us up to be the cleanest lodging establishment in Berkeley Springs, not to mention the most-complaint with rules and regulations by meeting or exceeding all West Virginia state health codes. Our 100% no smoking policy is unique to us and us only.  We do not accommodate or discuss the possibility of being our guest if one smokes. We are adamant that our guests enjoy the safety and the cleanliness they deserve.

All guest rooms have the same amenities.  Only the color of carpets and/or bedding fabrics are different.  We do provide a choice of guestrooms to our guests since all remain the same.   They are all quite beautiful and inviting.
