POLICIES: Payment

Forms of Payment: VISA and Master Card Only.  All payments are due, in full, at the time of check-out: 09:30am to 11:00am Daily.

A Visa or Master Card is REQUIRED when making your FINAL reservation by calling (304) 258.4536.

The FULL PAYMENT is required regardless of any circumstances that occur from your arrival.  We do not recognize emergencies and/or problems.   There are no discounts for missed meals, missed services or for leaving early (for any reason).

At checkout, only VISA and Master Card are accepted.  We do not take cash and/or checks (personal or business).  The reason we do not take cash/checks is because we bank out of town and it is not easy for us to make deposits, but when taking credit cards our account is updated at that very moment the card is swiped electronically.

Please understand that VISA and Master Card are truly the only two forms of payment we can take, specifically we do not have the capability to take any other credit cards even in an emergency---we are not programmed for other cards.

Please note that there are a great deal of problems associated with taking DEBIT cards (either Visa or Master Card).  Please consider providing us with an actual credit card.  If your card says "DEBIT" on the physical card anywhere, you may be charged more that what we actually charge at the time of checkout.  This is your financial institution's policy of overcharging.  Please contact them when this occurs.  We have nothing to do with it.  Ask for a supervisor if you are not receiving the answers you should expect when discussing the matter with them.  We have obviously been through this a few times.
