Reservations are made only by telephoning (304) 258-4536.

All reservations are FINAL.  Rebooking is not possible.  We cannot hold rooms.  Rate quotes are valid for 24 hours.  Rates vary from week to week dependent upon many factors.  Always call for the current rate for a given arrival date.

Please be prepared to provide us the following information:

  • Name (Calling) of both persons (First and Last)
  • Full Physical Home Address
  • Home Land line Telephone and a Cellular Telephone
  • Visa or Master Card: Number and Expiration Date
  • Email Address for Traveling Instructions/Reminders
  • Purpose: Getaway, Anniversary or Birthday Celebration
  • Any Dietary Issue: Allergies and/or Religious/Food Conflicts
  • If the lady is pregnant and how many Weeks?
  • What Service Both will be taking at the spa: Facial, Pedicure or Manicure
  • Any Physical Disadvantage for either Adult
