POLICIES: Restrictions Couples Only. Both Adults, by law, must be over 21 years of age due to how we offer/sell alcoholic options. Pets of any kind, breed and/or size are not allowed due to local health department regulations. We are by reservation only:  No Walk-ins.  No Tours of the property. 100% non-smoking facility and grounds: Both Inside and Outside. Spa and amenities are open to invited guests only. There are no HOT SPRINGS on our property, nor in the area.  Although we do have high mineral content in our Spa-supplied water. We are a Professional Inn, not a Bed and Breakfast.  Licensed and monitored by Federal, State and Local Inspectors of all types.  This ensures your safety in many areas. B&B's are unregulated and not licensed and most do not even have state-regulated water systems. We reserve the right to not to serve anyone without explanation. We do not discriminate based on religion, profession, race or nationality. We may not accept a potential guest or guests based on their dietary restrictions. We cannot physically accommodate wheelchairs, scooters and/or those folks requiring two crutches to be mobile. Please indicate, at the time of your reservation, any dietary and/or physical issues. If a lady is pregnant, we will not provide her a massage, a substitution of another service will have to occur: facial, pedicure or manicure.  Massaging a pregnant lady is too risky for us and may cause an abortion and/or other problems.
