AMENITIES: Sauna

The custom-made sauna provides an extra-hot dry heat utilizing the solid cedar-lined walls and tile for the perfect environment of "sweating and purification" of the body. The sauna is available to all guests during regular spa hours daily 10am to 5pm.

The Spa staff is responsible for maintaining the temperature of the Sauna; they typically re-adjust the timer every thirty minutes to maintain that it remains on and ready for guest use at anytime.

The temperature cannot be adjusted up or down by our staff, it has been set by the owner at a specified temperature for safety reasons.

Seniors and folks with medical problems, especially heart and high blood pressure issues, should NOT use this amenity due to the very high temperatures.

We cannot be responsible for guest decisions.  Consult your physician before arriving and using our high-temperature amenities should you have any doubts and/or questions at all.  Please consider your health at all times--we do.
